Eugéma chose to stay simply your personal assistant on the spot. Our experience shows that most homeowners prefer to let their house to people they know or have a link with.
A respectful occupation of the house seems to be preferred over a maximum occupation or sensational profits. The same respect that your guest show to your house, you would like give to guests by organising a welcome in s well functioned house.

You select and make the (rent) agreements with your guests and Eugéma will take care, on the spot, for the following issues:

• Key management,
• Assistance to reach the house,
• Explanation about the machinery and so on of the property,
• Check of the state of the house and its inventory at arrival and departure,
• Help in organising the maintenance of house, garden and pool,
• “Master of disaster “ at unexpected moments.

And if you want you can choose to do your own marketing. We know that friends and family are the best renters (cleanest and most respectful). If you do need some assistance to market your property, we will be happy to make a link to your property on our website.
